How will you make an impact?
As Business Risk Manager, you will support the Maison’s internal-control and compliance framework across boutiques, points of sale, digital activities and office operations in the UAE. You will partner closely with boutique and cross-functional teams to strengthen controls while supporting operational efficiency and an exceptional client experience.
You will:
- Review and maintain the Boutique Operations Manual in collaboration with regional and international teams.
- Partner with boutique management to optimise operational workflows while ensuring effective risk control.
- Engage boutique administrative teams through regular meetings, guidance and training on operational controls, compliance, AML and fraud prevention.
- Ensure new joiners receive an appropriate introduction to compliance and boutique operations during their probation period.
- Support boutiques with operational queries and continuous-improvement initiatives aimed at increasing client-facing time.
- Analyse boutique sales activity, including exchanges, refunds, deposits, high-value transactions, price changes and reservations.
- Conduct Operational Checks across boutiques and points of sale, provide on-site guidance and prepare the related reports.
- Follow up on audit findings and recommend improvements to strengthen control effectiveness.
- Ensure boutique inventories and product-related operations comply with Maison and Group standards, including the resolution of any discrepancies.
- Assess business risks, contribute to process-improvement projects and support investigations and other sensitive boutique matters with complete confidentiality.

- The ability to assess business situations and transactions, identifying risk areas, potential fraud exposure and opportunities for improvement.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- An independent and solutions-oriented approach, with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally within the UAE and support evolving business needs.
