RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop testing procedures to evaluate the design and effectiveness of key controls across all lines of business
- Execute testing plans as directed by the Business Risk& Control Testing Manager
- Document testing procedures and results in sufficient detail to allow for independent re-performance from auditors or regulators
- Perform initial root cause analysis with business staff upon the identification of a testing exception
- Perform initial documentation of identified issues based on industry standards and internal procedures
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry best practices for testing techniques
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
- Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. This position will report to Newark, Ohio one day per week and as needed otherwise. Candidates can expect to spend about 80% of their time working from home.
EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
At a minimum, employees must obtain a HS Diploma or GED
2-4 years experience in the financial services industry preferably in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or quality control/assurance.
SOX experience is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers.
