Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the bank’s policies and compliance programs such as complaints, social media, incentive plans, e-sign act, udaap, etc.
- Work directly with line of business teams to implement into their process and procedures changes necessary to adhere to internal policies and compliance programs
- Assist the Business Risk and Control Program Manager in producing reporting to highlight the status of implementation of certain initiatives and tracking of outstanding tasks
- Interact with and influence business line staff in the implementation of certain procedures of processes to drive consistency in approach where appropriate across the bank
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
- Other duties as assigned

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers.
Schedule
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is fully remote.
