Link Solutions is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to join our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

The Business Requirements Analyst will support mission-critical personnel at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM). The Analyst will be responsible for serving as the key liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure that application development projects meet DEVCOM’s mission objectives. This role focuses on gathering, documenting, and validating requirements to support IT and cybersecurity initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring that business needs are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with DoD and Army standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, project progress, and performance.
• Analyze processes and workflows to identify requirements. 
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and mission objectives. 
• Implement a formal process to manage changes to requirements, ensuring stakeholders are informed and all approvals are obtained. 
• Act as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding of project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that enhance productivity and performance.
• Assist in developing test plans, validating solutions against requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of business changes.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance. 
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Information Technology, or related fields.
• Five (5+) years of relevant analysis experience within an IT / Development environment.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements in a structured format.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Preferred:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. 
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
• A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $122,000

Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.
