Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc.
- Manages a small to medium team of lead professionals as well as others. Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering. - Serve as an engineering and technical mentor for colleagues with less experience. May lead large projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. - Develop relationships and work with key customers.
- Ability to prioritize to meet needs of business and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Leads investigation for Quality Escapes and ensures robust corrective and preventative actions.
- Review and approve First Article Inspection and CID implementation.
- Owns Operator Verification Plan and develops periodic training to mitigate deficiencies.
- Drives Measurement System Analysis activities as a part of the Quality Management System
- Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Works together with Rutland team across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility in schedule to work any / varied shifts to meet the needs of the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years Quality & Quality Management experience) + minimum of 5 years Quality & Quality Management

The salary range for this position is $ 119,00.00 - 158,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on May 25, 2025.
