Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with corporate site team, Marketing Technology, and stakeholders to create user experience transformations that drive significant change to the experience.
Manage technical, user experience, and content projects for the Corporate website from inception to delivery.
Review and approve content in Adobe Experience Manager, author complex pages, submit content to Advertising Compliance, upload assets to the DAM, maintain durable site content monthly, quarterly, annually, as needed.
Manage the product roadmap on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Identify and spearhead process improvements, and maintain issues backlog.
PM system enhancements and fixes: submit tickets to the dev team, provide requirements, test enhancements, approve for elevation.
Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
Support site and platform elevation activities, including after hours.
Participates in ongoing business planning and prioritization activities.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on technology projects.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
