Position Summary
The Project Manager role which is hybrid has end-to-end responsibility for setting up, optimizing, and owning key business and operational processes across the organization. The role goes beyond transactional execution and is designed to provide leadership in process development, operational setup, and cross-functional coordination to support scalable growth and efficiency.
The position plays a strategic role in supporting Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams by aligning administrative and operational activities with overarching business goals. A high level of autonomy, accountability, and proactive initiative is expected.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Process Development
Lead the setup, standardization, and continuous improvement of business operations and internal processes.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with compliance and quality standards.
Ensure clear ownership and documentation of business-critical workflows.
Act as the main driver of process efficiency, governance, and operational scalability.
Office & Administrative Management
Ensure effective and compliant day-to-day management of office operations.
Oversee facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Maintain adherence to company policies, internal controls, and operational compliance.
Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring
Monitor execution of sales incentive schemes and performance metrics.
Report on KPI tracking, call plan compliance, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives.
Support the Commercial and Marketing teams with operational insights and reporting.
Budget Oversight & Analytical Reporting
Track departmental budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with senior management
Provide data-driven reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
Support budget planning and financial monitoring across Sales and Marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
Event Management & Strategic Support
Plan and execute internal and external events across commercial and market access functions.
Ensure alignment with business strategy, managing logistics and cross-functional collaboration.
Serve as main contact for stakeholders during event execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Act as a key liaison between internal departments (HR, Finance, IT, Compliance).
Lead operational rollouts and manage policies such as the company car program.
Ensure business operations comply with regulatory requirements in a MedTech environment.
Order Management Support:
Oversee the processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
Be the 1st contact for Payers/Institutions to resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Relevant experience in office/business operations with a proven ability to lead and own process development.
Strong experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within MedTech or Life Sciences.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects and optimize business operations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish is mandatory
