This position will serve as a Business Product Owner (BPO) supporting Finance Data and Technology Enablement team with business partners across the Enterprise Finance Organization. The BPO is entrusted with creating and maintaining key business and technology team relationships, providing iterative delivery and measurement of business value, and applying Agile and product management best practices.
The Business Product Owner (BPO) is customer-focused and acts as a conduit between the Agile Team(s) and the Business stakeholder. The BPO partners with the Technical Product Owner, the Delivery Leads in Engineering, and others to ensure business outcomes are achieved based on priorities and consumable value. The BPO is responsible for defining the vision, scope, and priority of the program backlog to be delivered, and reviews the quality of the product that the team produces. This position will also liaison with the Production Support team(s) to resolve system issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between business and technology teams as part of the Agile structure engaging in Sprint ceremonies and PI Planning activities and management
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize development work to deliver maximum business value.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and quantify associated business value.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that impact the Finance business/technology functions as the system and data SME ensuring appropriate funding and coordinating appropriate business requirements.
- Partner with the technology team to analyze and translate business requirements into detailed User Stories.
- Support and ensure appropriate testing strategies and testing criteria for deliverables are designed and developed; support change management with business partners for system change impacts
- Build and maintain relationships with business and technology partners.
- Communicate effectively with business and technology at varying levels to provide clear status updates and coordinate development and release plans.
- Act as system and data SME.
- Additional responsibilities include managing monthly system activities, prioritizing issue tickets with the IT system support team, and performing ad hoc research.

Experience Required:
- 11- 13+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
Experience Desired:
- Experience in Agile development methodology preferred.
- Experience in Project Management is preferred.
