In This Role

As a Program Manager, Talent Enablement, you will own the execution of talent programs from planning through launch and completion, ensuring priorities, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments stay on track. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities, enablement sessions, communications, program materials, reporting, and launch activities. You will also manage feedback and continuous improvement efforts, using operational data and stakeholder input to identify opportunities to improve program delivery, streamline processes, and reduce manual work. Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Execution
    Own assigned talent programs and projects from kickoff through completion, managing workback plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, operating rhythms, status reporting, and risks.
  • Program Rollout & Enablement
    Coordinate program rollout and landing activities, including readiness sessions, working sessions, office hours, manager testing, launch activities, and other enablement touchpoints.
  • Stakeholder Management
    Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and program owners to maintain alignment, track commitments, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution without requiring day-to-day direction.
  • Content & Communications
    Develop and maintain manager guides, playbooks, FAQs, program materials, SharePoint content, and recurring field communications that provide clear and actionable guidance.
  • Program Operations & Reporting
    Support program operations through data quality management, reporting, Power BI dashboards, capability-scoring data, and other program tracking mechanisms.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    Manage feedback loops by triaging questions and input, tracking issues through resolution, identifying recurring themes, and translating insights into practical program improvements.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    Identify opportunities to streamline program operations, reduce manual effort, improve processes, and partner with technical stakeholders on automation opportunities.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns, proactively escalating issues when appropriate and bringing recommended solutions to program leadership.
  • Documentation & Communication
    Maintain accurate project documentation, communicate project status and decisions, and ensure stakeholders have visibility into priorities, next steps, and upcoming milestones.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using SharePoint and Power BI for program operations, reporting, data tracking, or knowledge management.
  • 3+ years of experience developing content and communications used for enablement, training, program rollout, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience independently managing projects from planning through launch and completion, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, audience-appropriate program materials and status communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organized project plans, follow through on commitments, and proactively identify execution risks.
  • Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and accommodate collaboration across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to support a remote work environment and operate with a high degree of independence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or PMP certification currently in progress.
  • Experience supporting talent development, learning and development, employee enablement, or similar organizational programs.
  • Experience working with global or geographically distributed organizations and stakeholders.
  • Customer success, customer experience, or customer-facing program experience.
  • Experience creating manager-facing guides, playbooks, FAQs, training materials, and field communications.
  • Experience supporting program launches, readiness activities, office hours, working sessions, or enablement programs.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, process optimization, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with engineering or technical teams to improve program tooling and processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 tools to support program execution, collaboration, documentation, and communications.


Compensation

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $90,000 to $100,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
