As a Business Product & Transformation Senior Associate in Client Service and Onboarding (COS), you will help drive visibility, alignment, and execution across our portfolio of initiatives. You will work with partners to maintain a clear, accurate view of ongoing work and ensure initiatives remain aligned to business priorities. We rely on you to strengthen reporting, improve data quality, and support informed decision-making. This role gives you the opportunity to influence how we plan, track, and deliver change across the organization.


Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee and maintain portfolio alignment with business priorities
  • Manage portfolio data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting
  • Lead capacity planning activities to balance demand, workload, and available resources
  • Monitor initiatives to identify risks, issues, and gaps early in the lifecycle
  • Facilitate portfolio reporting sessions and provide insights for stakeholders
  • Drive improvements in portfolio management processes and overall team efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with global and local stakeholders

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 3+ years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or transformation support
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing and maintaining accurate portfolio data and reporting
  • Proven ability to support capacity planning and workload management
  • Ability to track initiative progress and identify risks or issues early
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting updates to stakeholders
  • Effective relationship management skills across teams and levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as SharePoint

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience with data and analytics tools such as Alteryx or Tableau
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as monday.com
  • Exposure to portfolio management or workflow tools (e.g., tracking platforms)
  • Experience supporting transformation or change management initiatives
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Shift Schedule: 5pm-2am PHT

J.P. Morgan's Global Banking business is one of the largest wholesale banking client franchises in the world. We serve clients, including corporations, governments, states, municipalities, healthcare organizations, education institutions, banks and investors.
Global Investment Banking supports a broad range of corporations, institutions and governments by providing strategic advice, capital raising and risk management expertise.
