We are looking for a Conversion Sales Manager who will work with leads and convert them into clients, create a long-term relationships with clients to further work with a personal manager remotely. A professional is expected to demonstrate strong communication, developed sales skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. The key focus will be phone sales, consultations as well as actively expanding the client base through social networks.

• Making outbound calls to leads (newly registered potential clients) of the company;
• Consulting on products and services, selecting optimal solutions;
• Conducting presentations and sales via phone calls or messengers;
• Actively expanding the client base
• Working with CRM and preparing sales reports.

• Experience in sales is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone and messenger negotiations;
• Strong verbal skills, sales skills is a plus, and ability to handle objections;
• Ability to use social networks for client communication;
• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory. Russian or Armenian as a native languages;

The work schedule will be from 15:00 - 00:00 arm time. The schedule is negotiable.
