We’re looking for a Chinese Business Process Associate (Level 2) to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to process and manage both financial and non‑financial transactions supporting Hong Kong Manulife’s Group Life and Health business line. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to our mission of delivering accurate, timely, and compliant insurance services that support our customers’ well‑being. You’ll build mastery in complex insurance processes, strengthen your analytical and language skills, and be part of a team that champions continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze transactions in alignment with the Service Level Agreements set with the Business Unit.
  • Attain mastery of Business Unit policies governing the transactions handled.
  • Report all system issues that may affect operational performance.
  • Perform other duties and functions assigned by Operations Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of data/BPO experience; undergraduates must have at least 2 years of data/BPO experience.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear, and concise communication.
  • Minimum keyboarding skills of 30 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications with strong navigation skills.
  • At least Level 1 or 2 in Berlitz Chinese language assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Above‑average problem‑solving skills.
  • Above‑average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend, capture, and interpret customer information accurately.
  • Fast and accurate data‑entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work.
  • Adaptable to change.
