Job Description: 

We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate (Mandarin) to join our team at MBPS.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Conduct in-depth analysis of client requests before transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with agents and clients via memos and letters.
  • Enhance Product Knowledge Inventory as directed by team leader.
  • Complete assigned cases within expected turnaround times.
  • Assist colleagues during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and manage leave effectively.
  • Propose improvements for processes and team metrics.
  • Consistently meet monthly service targets set by the company.
  • Handle multiple BPA Level 1 work types for the HK GLH Admin team.
  • Study and memorize UW Concepts for specific work types.
  • Learn and manage various work types as assigned, including:
  • Indexing and processing transactions.
  • Indexing for GLH, GCORPORATE, and GSTAFFPLAN work types.
  • LH-CASE and LH-UNKNOWN Indexing and handling.
  • Subsequent Member Enrolment and Certificate Change.
  • Non-Financial Policy Changes and Customer Due Diligence.
  • Group and NB Setup, Financial Policy Changes, and Policy Termination.
  • Agent Med Plan Change and Bridger Scanning and Review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management.
  • Train, document, and mentor new hires or team staff for upskilling.
  • Act as a backup quality checker in the absence of QC staff.
