Business Process Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do
In this role you will:
- Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and palletise ICT equipment for domestic and international shipment.
- Use handheld scanners and inventory management software to track assets in real-time, ensuring 100% records accuracy.
- Organize and consolidate stock on racking systems to maintain a clean, high-functioning environment.
- Secure handling of sensitive hardware designated for data sanitization or destruction.
- Adhere strictly to all WHS policies, teamwork protocols, and equipment maintenance schedules.
What You’ll Bring
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to follow structured processes and work comfortably within a strict compliance-focused environment.
- Comfort and capability working in a document-heavy Mailroom/Mailhub environment (including receiving, registering, opening, sorting, prepping, scanning, classifying, validating, dispatching, archiving, and retrieving mail items/documents).
- The ability to work seamlessly independently, as a core member of a team, and across multiple cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of, and alignment with, Iron Mountain’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) purpose and goals.
