What you will do
• Manage and support the performance of multiple locations that provide warehouse and kitting capabilities directly to our customers
• Implement country/region loan kit strategy in alignment with commercial goals and business needs
• Deliver key operational metrics (service levels, quality, efficiency, inventory optimization and financial performance) in line with business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage and develop organizational approach, 3rd party development, and integration of warehouse and kitting operations acquired through M&A within Iberia
• Ensure effective communication and escalation processes to meet operational targets and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Represent logistics operations in leadership forums and contribute to strategic decisions impacting multiple regions
What you will need
Required qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams, including people managers
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field
• Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency
Preferred qualifications
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience managing multiple sites or regional operations
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies
