Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

  • Act as process expert for end-to-end Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes
  • Analyze, standardize, and continuously optimize business processes across global business units and functions
  • Support business users as key contact for process and system-related topics within Procurement and SCM environments
  • Drive process harmonization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Support ERP and process-related projects including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and hypercare activities
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure adoption of best practices
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, governance standards, and training materials
  • Monitor process performance and KPIs and support continuous improvement programs
  • Contribute to BPM and process mining initiatives to increase transparency and operational excellence

 

What will convince us

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Process Management (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes including: strategic sourcing, procure-to-pay (P2P), supplier management, material planning, inventory management, logistics & distribution
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Experience in process modeling, process optimization, and stakeholder management
  • Exposure to automation solutions, AI-enabled business processes, process mining, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English

Skills Required
