  • The Architect will facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture and validate process flows and requirements, develop and maintain detailed process models and supporting documentation, and translate business outcomes into actionable solution architecture inputs for delivery teams.
  • The position also supports enterprise and solution architecture activities by producing and maintaining architecture and design artifacts that describe system components, data and integration flows, and operational impacts; developing and updating integration specifications and Interface Control Documents (ICDs); and ensuring architecture decisions, baselines, and changes are documented, traceable, and aligned to delivery cadence and release planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree)
  • Demonstrated business process engineering experience, including current-state assessment, future-state design, and process improvement/reengineering
  • Experience developing process models/diagrams and maintaining process documentation in support of system modernization and sustainment
  • Experience translating business processes and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and solution design inputs for technical teams
  • Experience producing architecture and design documentation that supports implementation, integration, and operational sustainment
  • Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting process/architecture outcomes clearly
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance at the Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) level (active preferred)

Preferred

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field
  • Experience using BPMN-aligned tooling and standards to develop formal process models
