The Business Process & Automation Lead is accountable for driving process‑first digital transformation across Purchasing by identifying, redesigning, and automating high‑impact business workflows.
The role ensures that Data & AI initiatives are anchored in measurable operational outcomes rather than isolated technology use cases.
This role operates at the intersection of business process expertise and data enablement, working closely with Product Owners to translate process pain points into scalable data products, analytics, and AI solutions. The role complements existing PRSY and Purchasing process ownership by focusing on future‑state process design and automation, not day‑to‑day execution.
