Business Process Architect - Salesforce

The Business Process Architect applies expertise in a business/technical system area to an information technology tool set, in an attempt to automate manual effort. The Business Process Architect has grown their single-system focus into a cross-functional understanding of how multiple business/technical processes interact with one another. In an attempt to match the capabilities of the current IT technology with business/technical needs, the Architect must strive for a cross-functional, cross-platform solution. The Business Process Architect provides guidance to departmental and divisional business/technical management on IT strategies and initiatives.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be the technical engine behind our global Sales Cloud implementation and the lead for innovation within our Automotive Cloud ecosystem. You are responsible for transforming architectural designs into scalable, high-performing configurations and intelligent solutions that streamline global sales processes.

Your primary mission is to leverage Agentforce to build autonomous agents that assist our sales teams while configuring industry-specific features such as the Vehicle Console and Fleet Management. While you possess the technical depth to build bespoke interfaces when necessary, you will prioritize low-code automation, AI reasoning, and "clicks-before-code" strategies to ensure our Salesforce instance remains agile, intelligent, and aligned with modern automotive standards.

Primary Purpose of the Position

• Agentforce & AI Orchestration

  Building/refining autonomous agents; configuring topics, actions, and instructions to provide AI-driven sales support.

  Design Flows and automation, set up security/sharing models, roles, permission sets / groups, and territory structures.

  Support multi‑country rollout preparation and ensure all configuration aligns with global architecture and standards.                        

• Advanced Flow & Automation

  As our Salesforce Developer for AI & Automotive Cloud, you will transform global sales processes through autonomous Agentforce solutions and sophisticated low-code automation. You will be responsible for building the intelligent infrastructure that supports our vehicle sales, fleet operations, and account execution on a global scale.                                     

• Automotive Cloud Configuration

  Implement and optimize the specialized Automotive Data Model to provide a comprehensive 360-degree view of the vehicle lifecycle, from manufacturing to fleet delivery. You will configure industry-specific features like the Vehicle Console and Actionable Relationship Center to streamline lead-to-order mapping and enhance dealer-customer relationships on a global scale.                                

• Integrations & Data Strategy

  Design scalable, low‑code automations supporting sales operations.

  Coordinate integrations (e.g., ERP, visit tracking, product data) using standard Salesforce patterns.

  Support and validate multi‑country data migrations, ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency with the global Sales Cloud operating model.                 

• Custom Development (Apex/LWC)

  Deliver high-impact technical solutions by developing custom Apex logic and Lightning Web Components (LWC) specifically for complex requirements that exceed declarative capabilities. You will focus on building robust, scalable code and bespoke user interfaces that bridge the gap between standard functionality and unique global business needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or equivalent experience (minimum 6 years in IT / Salesforce roles)

• Salesforce Certifications preferred:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Accredited Professional – Automotive Cloud

Skills & Qualifications

• End-to-end Salesforce Solution Design, driven by AI-first thinking

• 8–10 years Salesforce experience

• Manufacturing / Automotive Cloud expertise (Sales Agreements, Advanced Account Forecasting) and Agentforce concepts

• Defines AI-ready Data Architecture to enable insights and agents

• Integration and data architecture ownership

• Leads AI- and Agentforce-enabled automation (Flows, decisioning, guided actions)

• Shapes how teams build and scale with AI co-creation
