Job Description
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to Global Shared Services team who can handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving its goals and report, implement Continuous Improvement ideas.
You will report to Team Leader ISC - GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES.
You will work hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at office). Flexible working hours: 7:00 - 9:00 to 15:00 - 17:00
Your Responsibilities:- The accountability over different Customer Care and supply chain processes (e.g. order management)
- Resolve issues related to handled processes
- Making sure the process instructions are updated and accurate
- Customer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicate with internal and external partners
- Address business issues in appropriate manner
- Responsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement ideas
- Participate in Lean projects
- Experience in business process support or customer care/supply chain operations (1–3 years)
- Good command of English (min. B2 level) – used daily in communication and documentation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Continuous improvement mindset – interest in optimizing processes and suggesting improvements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Spanish language will be an asset
- Experience with Power BI or Power Automate- we offer opportunities to learn these tools on the job.Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2) is beneficial but not mandatory.
