Join our team! The Business Architecture team is looking to add a Business Analyst within our Enterprise process group to support our Enterprise Process Taxonomy development and application. As a part of the enterprise process design team the business analyst will be expected to analyze organizational processes, assess business needs, and map out future processes for implementation.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as Business Process Analyst , you will :
• Participate in various internal engagements to analyzing complex data and processes to identify areas for improvement across the organization.
• Documenting processes, requirements, and other relevant information of the as-is state and leading gap analysis to enable future state planning.
• Apply E2E business process design: apply end-to-end Service Design thinking and methodology to create quality and seamless customer experiences.
• Using BusinessOptix to map processes and align L3-4 processes with the Enterprise process taxonomy.
Become a subject matter expert on BusinessOptix and support other teams with its use.
• Utilize basic project management skills to lead a component of the program, coordinate and implement changes effectively.
• Be a change agent. Continuously evaluate, enhance, and update processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Capacity to assess situations objectively and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Partner across our team and across the organization, including with technical teams for engagements that support planning of future state people, process and technology.
• Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively and concisely to appropriate manager / stakeholders.
About you:
You're a fit for the role of Business Process Analyst if your background includes:
- Fluency in English Is Required
- 4+ years’ experience mapping complex, cross-functional processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, related field, or equivalent experience is required Strong verbal and written communication to convey findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to identify and solve business problems through innovative and practical solutions.
- Understanding of relevant tools and technologies used in process analysis and improvement.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Thoroughness in examining processes and data to ensure accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations where the organization is in continuous change
- Must be a self-starter who is able to get up to speed quickly and work well both independently and as part of a global team.|
