Job Description
Global Shared Services team member who can handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving its Indicators and report & implement Continuous Improvement ideas.
You will report to: TEAM LEADER - GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES.
Main Responsibilities
- The accountability over multiple Customer Care & supply chain processes
- Ensure high quality of existing processes
- Resolve issues related to handled processes - proactive problem solving
- Making sure the process instructions are updated & accurate
- Customer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicate with internal & external partners
- Address business issues in appropriate manner
- Responsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement projects/ideas
- Participate in Lean projects
Requirements
- Very good verbal and written communication skill in English (B2)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Can sense the urgency of tasks and can prioritize the tasks accordingly
- Continuous improvement mindset: implementing process improvements
- Familiarity with the project management methodology (LSS, PRINCE2 etc.)
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (including Macros)
- Experience in Power Automate will be an asset
- Flexible working hours: 7:00 - 9:00 to 15:00 - 17:00
