This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

· Identify, accept, and route new ETS tasks in the SGS Administrative queue within one business day; review and redistribute tasks within three business days.

· Monitor the organization's network for proposed announcements and disseminate them via the Guard Knowledge Network (GKN) portal and email within two business days; release official daily announcements between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

· Research and verify regulatory and organizational procedures are correctly reflected in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); attend working groups and draft SOP portions.

· Review official SGS Action Officer (AO) training slides for grammar and formatting; construct Executive Level Writing training materials and deliver oral presentations at SGS AO Training events.

· Maintain and modify the SGS website/SharePoint page; prepare and conduct editorial support for the Chief of Staff's Office.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in technical writing, correspondence editing, or business process documentation in a DoD or federal environment.

· Demonstrated experience developing SOPs, training materials, and process-improvement documentation.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Management, Public Administration, Information Science, English, Communications, or Journalism (preferred).

· Familiarity with AR 25-50 and ARNG Memorandum 25-52 correspondence standards (preferred).

· Army National Guard (ARNG) or military correspondence experience preferred; prior military background helpful.

· Must have active SECRET clearance.
