Business Process Analyst (Power BI - DAX, SQL)

About the team

This position is for our Banking Solutions Client Experience (CX) Data & Analytics team supporting various key initiatives including Critical Implementations – Demand, Capacity and Utilization reporting and dashboard, Master AI dashboard, Operations Support Trends and Tickets Resolution reporting, Stack Overflow, Data & Analytics backlog and support requests for senior leadership.

What you will be doing:

• Interacts with stakeholders’ and/or users to define business requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Ability to convert business requirement into executable code solution.
• Develop reports and dashboard using PowerBI Data Analysis Expression (DAX), SQL, Data lakes.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code and ensure designs follow specifications.
• Design, implement and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
• Trains and communicates with internal Client Onboarding, Client Relationship team.
• Ability to analyse and resolve technical query in project execution.
• Writes code, completes development and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.

What you bring:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in PowerBI DAX, SQL and Corporate Data Lakes.
• Must have prior experiencing of building reports and dashboards with expertise in data lakes like Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ServiceNow – data lakes etc.
• Database concepts SQL, DAX.
• Working knowledge of Azure Cloud, SharePoint, Power Automate, ServiceNow and Planview.
