Coordinate worldwide sales sites, develop 4P1S sales plans, drive lead generation, manage pricing and P/L, execute co-marketing/co-sell with partners, collect VOC for product development, monitor market trends, and solve business risks to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in 4P1S sales strategy , preferably in embedded computing or related industries.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
