Summary
Advantech is currently looking for an experienced BPM (business planning & performance management) talent to assist management to define a strategic direction for the company, help set strategic objectives and facilitate its implementation in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities of the role:
Business Planning
Assist management to define corporate goals and objectives
Define rolling corporate plan, set the paths to corporate growth and profitability
Collect and evaluate internal and external information that may affect the organization’s present and future state
Identify and gather information on market, economic, and competitors, to provide insight and recommendations to support decision-making
Performance Management
Develop and facilitate the implementation of the performance management system, and develop a suitable reward system in conjunction with HR team
Identify yearly operating targets & monitor performance of all departments
Conduct financial deep dive analysis and process re-engineering to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
What you will need:
Master’s degree from top university, 5+ years of working experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and committed to top quality work under pressure
Insightful and courageous with global mindset
