Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Online Business (Head of business unit)
- Manage & responsible for overall sales, marketing, merchandising, inventory, and business performance for Samsung Malaysia online business.
- Liaise with inter-department, HQ, and RHQ to align and tobe responsible for online business strategy & planning, new initiatives, and projects
- S.com and shop app content strategy, product strategy & promotion, campaign strategy.
- Overall online business, promotion, and future planning.
- To ensure effective communication between business units for stock planning, inventory management, sales forecast accuracy & and out-of-stock management. To ensure the NPS score is the highest standard.
- P&L simulation for total OB business.
- Prepare business reports & management reporting in Korean for local management, RHQ, and HQ on a timely basis.
- Work closely with local members with good team spirit to grow the online business together
- Other tasks are assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably a candidate with e-commerce business or strategy background.
- Sufficient organizational skills and ability to carry out multiple and intricate tasks.
- Strong collaboration is required to work with different business units, HQ & RHQ.
- Excellent in MS Office and people management skills.
- Ability to write and speak Korean. Koreans are encourage to apply
