Job DescriptionAbout the role:
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving meaningful improvements across an organization? As a Business Performance Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, improving operational performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across our business.
Working closely with operational teams and management, you will coordinate cross-functional projects focused on increasing efficiency, quality, service levels, and cost performance. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership, influence business outcomes, and contribute directly to the continuous growth and success of Redcare Pharmacy.
About your tasks:
- Drive cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency, quality standards, service levels, and overall business performance.
- Create and maintain complex analyses and performance reports that support management in making informed strategic decisions.
- Ensure high data quality and transparency by monitoring key business metrics and continuously improving reporting structures.
- Act as a central point of coordination between operational teams and stakeholders, helping to align priorities and drive project execution.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and support the implementation of data-driven improvements across the organization.
About you:
- You have experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- You possess advanced Excel skills and are comfortable working with MS Office products, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365 and an interest in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks, is highly valued.
- You bring a proactive mindset, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration across different functions is essential.
