We are seeking a Corporate Technology Business Partner to support the Product/R&D organizations through building strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining an understanding of their business needs and objectives, and aligning technical resources and tools to help them achieve their goals. You will serve as an interface between the business units and corporate technology teams, focused on analysis of the business processes, assessment of project and platform change requests, and assisting in solution discovery and delivery.
Your tasks will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the business and corporate technology teams
- Analysis of the business processes and objectives for the purpose of aligning our Corporate Technology initiatives to those business goals
- Communicate with business leadership to prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance)
- Facilitate the review of project and platform change requests and help decide what work should be prioritized
- Communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives.
- Accurately record and translate business requirements and objectives coming from business stakeholders
- Perform Business and System Analysis to ensure minimal technology resource expense and speed to solution
- Project Management to help facilitate the various projects and tasks in motion
- Ensure proper rollout of new processes with change management planning and strong communications to the business
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Preference for candidates who have relevant experience in business analysis, project management or sales operations role at a technology company
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work well with culturally diverse team
- A self-starter who can work collaboratively to find unique solutions to various challenges within the sales process
- Experience with working in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, ERD, or other diagrams
- Proactive attitude, enthusiasm
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other Project mgmt. tools
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Ability to query and analyze data
- Experience with Tableau or BI Tools
- Proficient at communication tools like MS Teams
