About the role:The Business Order Analyst - Worldwide Distribution in Global Supply Chain (GSC) within Global Technical Operations (GTO) is responsible for managing sales orders for subsidiaries and wholesalers, ensuring smooth logistics operations across transportation and warehousing.
Key responsibilities:
She/He will be responsible for:
Overseeing order management, shipping, and invoicing activities;
Managing logistics service providers and coordinating global distribution;
Analyzing transportation costs, delivery processes, and supply chain efficiency;
Defining business rules and standard procedures to streamline operations;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Compliance, etc.) to improve supply chain processes;
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with corporate quality standards (GMP, GDP);
Supporting logistics-related projects, including SAP integration and process optimization.
Functional knowledge and Minimum Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Up to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business operations;
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, etc.);
Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken;
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Proactive attitude with high attention to detail.
Employment terms:
The role is classified at Level D under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 35.407,68.
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
