Essity is looking for an experienced Business Ops Specialist who will be responsible for enablement of commercial business processes through configuration support, process testing, delivery, and governance of back-end operations. They will make sure that the content being required will be at a minimum standard and will be tagged as needed.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA or Appleton, Wi.
What You Will Do- Ensure robust Content Management and Governance is performed at all times to ensure a consistently excellent user experience across all tools in portfolio
- Maintain and govern business tool configuration and interfaces as required for tool portfolio
- Upload and publish required content for front facing tools meeting business and customer needs
- Monitor and report on content consumption KPIs
- Govern content quality – ensure old / non-utilized content is regularly reviewed and removed with content owners
- Deliver user support as required for global scale and reach and high user satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience working in business analyst or digital development
- Capability to perform business tool configuration – technical acumen to become super user for tools
- Commercial knowledge with demonstrated customer focus
- Leadership skills, able to drive focus and achievement
- Communication skills able to work in complex teams, cross-functionally and cross-geography
- Up to 15% travel
