It is responsible for imagining, developing and incubating new solutions until they are brought to market, particularly when it comes to offers with a high technological content (including digital and IT). IDD gathers more than 3,000 employees from 70 nationalities at 60 sites.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Business & Ops Manager will be responsible for:Understanding the oil & gas market & growing our market share by developing profitable sales.
Developing and implementing sustainable and profitable business development action plans.
Building trustful and long term relationships with customers.
Identifying and attending a range of networking events in order to increase awareness of the business and generate new business leads.
Setting up agreements, coordinating deployments and following sales activities.
Key account management in order to maximise revenue generated by our key clients.
Ability to negotiate contract and close deals with customers
Assist with all business operational activities, certification of assets, and working with local Airgas filling facilities to ensure assets are filled and mobilized to offshore standards, including but not limited to IMCA & BS12021.
Participate in month end process and ensure month end billing is completed on time
Participate in credit collection process along with the credit control department

Support profitable business development according to objectives
Create robust business development plan to ensure profitable growth
Gather and share market intelligence, project updates on market environment to internal stakeholders

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related.
2. 7+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally
Technical background in the Oil & Gas industry would be advantageous
Strong network essential and international exposure would be advantageous
Proven track record in securing new sales and new business
Ability to analyze the market, identify trends and opportunities for growth
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Strong organization and project management skills
Financial awareness and ability to prepare budgets and forecasts in line with Business Development activity
Team player with leadership ability
Results orientated; focus on the top line, ability to motivate self and others, resilient in the face of challenging customer situations
Ability to achieve results through formal channels as well as personal/informal network
English mandatory, Spanish, Portuguese and French are a plus.
