Key Responsibilities:
- Own and support project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met with excellence.
- Foster partnership and alignment across manufacturing, safety, and business units to streamline operations and maximize value.
- Provide program management support by tracking progress, coordinating resources, and driving successful program outcomes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and champion process improvements
- Analyze complex data and translate it into insightful reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain rigorous data management to monitor program status, commitments, and compliance, and proactively resolve issues.
Who We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):
- Experienced with 2 to 5 years in project or program management, demonstrating the ability to lead or support cross-functional efforts.
- Adept at creating operational rhythms, with 2 to 5 years experience managing integrated schedules, and developing actionable business metrics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficient in project management software (MSProject, Smartsheet)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, driven to solve problems and enhance operational excellence.
- Collaborative communicator, comfortable working across teams and with leadership to influence and align priorities.
- 2-5 years experience engaging with senior leaders and contributing to organizational strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent applied experience in a relevant discipline.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is advantageous.
- Aerospace experience

Summary Pay Range:
Level 2 - $80,170 - $$90,240
Level 3 - $95,700 - $111,860
