Central Bank Commercial Banking team is hiring a Business Operations Specialist. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing solutions to improve our commercial client’s financial needs through Service to Sales, training and support of cash management products. You will also provide daily support to our customers as operational and maintenance issues arise, while providing excellent customer service. Our Business Operations Specialist plays an important role in annual audits and reviews, facilitating branch visits to support our frontline retail staff, and attending training sessions offered by our Commercial Support team.
In this role, we will rely on you to provide timely and high-quality support to our Central Bank commercial clients through sales opportunities and operational processes. You will need to develop a strong understanding of the commercial banking products and services that we provide. As a subject matter expert, you may be asked to conduct internal training on products and features. Travel within the Central Bank footprint may be required at times. You will be expected to always maintain professionalism. This position is eligible for a base salary, with the opportunity to earn additional incentive pay.
Preferred Qualifications
To be successful, we are looking for someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills. You will need to be goal driven to be actively involved in the community, through networking, volunteering and attending community events. We are looking for someone who can work independently, thinks outside of the box and is outgoing. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 2 years of sales experience is preferred. We will provide training and mentorship to help you continually improve your skills professionally and personally.
