Role: Business Operations  

Reporting to: VP Strategic Finance 

Overview:We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic projects within our organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Comprehensive Management: Oversee all operational areas within Incode, aligning processes across functions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and results. This includes supervising key enabling functions such as communications, compliance, finance, human resources, legal, marketing, and IT, ensuring each aligns with the overall strategic goals of the organization. 
  • Strategic Infrastructure Development: Act as a bridge between core operational functions and business outcomes, leveraging activities in corporate administration, operations, and risk management to establish a robust infrastructure that supports Incode's growth and operational resiliency. 
  • Continuous Improvement & Business Ops Enhancement: Identify and evaluate operational inefficiencies, redesigning business processes to enhance effectiveness and streamline workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and resource utilization, applying a hands-on approach to solve complex business challenges. 
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all projects adhere to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment across departments. 
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze business challenges using data generating actionable insights. Construct strategic recommendations, interpreting trends to support tactical and strategic initiatives. 
  • Technology Integration: Facilitate the implementation of new systems and technologies to improve operational efficiency.  
  • Collaboration & Influence: Enhance relationships with partners, providing guidance and strategic recommendations. Use persuasive communication and adaptability to ensure alignment with business objectives


Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in business operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and project management. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting and an additional 2 years in business operations or strategy roles. 
  • Strong skills in identifying and understanding business needs and translating them into effective, actionable solutions. 
  • Proficiency in data handling, with the ability to analyze and interpret relevant metrics without requiring advanced technical expertise. 
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a structured approach to interpreting data and trends for strategic decision-making. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to assess opportunities and risks within the operational landscape. 
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software. 
  • A structured mindset, with a proactive problem-solving orientation. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when engaging with leadership and senior executives.
