Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Expert Business Operations Specialist to support 737 Program Management in Renton, WA. This role will support the 737 Leadership Team.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to program leadership within Business Operations, providing insight, guidance, and recommendations to support program objectives and decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination of business operations activities to ensure alignment across priorities, plans, commitments, and execution on the 737 Program.
  • Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Support development, integration, and execution of program strategies, operating plans, and key business rhythms.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, resolving issues, and escalating risks or decisions as needed.
  • Partner with functional and program teams to improve business processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communication, reporting, and presentations to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance business operations, enable program success, and support long-term strategic goals.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience performing in a support organization such as, but not limited to, Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, or Supply Chain role
  • 10+ year of experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
  • 10+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high- level projects for Executives or Senior leadership
  • 10+ years of experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects
  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience working as strategic partner to complex manufacturing leadership teams
  • Experience leading across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
  • Experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management processes
  • Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior or current experience in Business Operations and/or Project Management Organizations

Summary pay range:
$156,400 - $172,960
