What you’ll do
- Support the operations team by ensuring billing and collections data is accurate
- Perform data audits to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial information.
- Manage customer-related processes such as payment applications, account reconciliations, and coordination with external parties as needed.
- Provide day-to-day support to the operations team on billing and collections processes, serving as a key point of contact via email in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist with additional activities within Finance Operations as required.
What we’re looking for
- Native or Fluency in Portuguese: This is a 100% Portuguese-speaking role. You must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills to interact with partners and clients in the Brazilian.
- Billing and Collections Expertise
- Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in handling large datasets.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for identifying data inconsistencies and ensuring 100% accuracy in financial reconciliations.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends in billing errors, and propose process improvements.
- Strong Professional Communication: Ability to handle sensitive collection conversations and internal coordination via email with diplomacy and efficiency.

This role is based in our Sao Paulo office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
