What you will do:
Business Operations Specialist - Finance
- Research subscription and customer data to validate accuracy and provide optimal pricing proposals.
- Maintain current knowledge of Bloomberg INDG products, policies, and procedures to support internal and external customers.
- Self-monitor and manage workflows through various systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of proposals, invoices, and sales credit payments.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and strategic partners to resolve questions and meet customer requirements.
- Calculate incremental value of sales and assign sales credit to appropriate sales teams, products, and categories.
- Coordinate, prepare, and review new sales contracts and renewals of existing contracts.
- Verify and grant appropriate and timely electronic access to customers.
- Analyze customer and subscription data and present the findings in a simple manner.
You need to have:
Business Operations Specialist - Finance
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business.
3+ years’ experience in business operations, sales operations, or related field
Demonstrated experience in business systems including CRM.
Compensation Range:
$73,000.00-$89,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
