Job Description- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, including market trends, pricing strategies and product offerings
- Analyze internal sales performance and service metrics to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and customer service processes, including tracking progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to enhance market positioning and competitive advantage
- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends that impact the business
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Support decision-making by leveraging data analytics
- 1-3 years working experience is preferred
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, or sales analytics is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Excel and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
