Electroverse is a multifunctional team made up of product, development, commercial, operations, marketing, partnerships and more - all focused together on making Octopus the go-to name in EV charging.
We’re looking for a talented Business Specialist to join the Octopus Electroverse for Business team, to offer next-level customer service and support our business customers in their transition to sustainable energy.
What You’ll do…
- Support Clients: Provide exceptional support to both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is top-notch.
- Vetting & KYB Checks: Handle the vetting of new sign-ups and conduct Know Your Business (KYB) checks to ensure compliance standards
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our product and tech teams to address user requests and share feedback, making sure our products evolve to meet client needs.
What You’ll need…
- A genuine passion for delivering awesome client experiences and driving sustainability
- Comfortable speaking with businesses, from large clients to small enterprises
- Fantastic written communication skills, able to vary your tone and intended outcome based on whom you’re speaking to
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
- A calm and experienced operational mindset: able to plan ahead, scope, evaluate, and implement
- A knack for the detail and a desire to see things through to completion
- Experience working in Operations in a high-growth company is desirable
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and take a structured approach to problem solving
