We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Revenue Operations Partner to support revenue planning and business performance across global regions. The role combines forecasting, sales analytics, cross-functional leadership, and end-to-end project execution to drive growth and improve decision-making.
- Own revenue forecasting and scenario planning across regions.
- Analyze pipeline performance, sales trends, and key business KPIs.
- Deliver executive-level insights and revenue recommendations.
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Operations teams.
- Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and delivery.
- Drive process improvements and forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Operations, Demand Planning, or S&OP.
- Strong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, conversion metrics, and revenue drivers.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent English in a global business environment.
