About the Role:

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for project management, coordinating operational processes and initiatives that support the effective execution of sales activities. This role blends commercial strategy execution with executive support and leadership coordination, working closely with the Head of B2B Sales APAC, who also serves as the General Manager, APAC. You will play a key role in aligning strategic objectives, tracking business performance, providing market intelligence, and facilitating leadership priorities. 

You Will:

  • Implement and manage business processes, workflows, and operational procedures, achieving goals through the performance of your direct reports.

  • Lead projects, initiatives, or small teams to support operational initiatives and program execution, taking full accountability for outcomes and team effectiveness within your defined scope.

  • Anticipate operational issues and develop tailored solutions while communicating with diverse stakeholders to influence decisions through persuasion and collaboration.

  • Consolidate business performance updates, pipeline insights, and forecasts to help the commercial team stay focused on near- and mid-term priorities.

  • Oversee planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership offsites, and regional events, ensuring objectives are met and follow-ups are actioned.

  • Prepare concise and impactful talking points, briefs, and presentations for the GM’s internal and external engagements including employee town halls and executive leadership meetings

You Have:

  • Deep expertise across multiple areas in business operations, process optimization, or cross-functional program management.

  • 7-10 years of prior experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related industry.

  • Proven experience overseeing operational workflows.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
