Lithic is hiring a Business Operations Manager to execute on projects and plans that optimize and improve how we operate, lead and manage new initiatives, and empower our team to work better, faster, and more thoughtfully. What You’ll Do:
- Work cross-functionally to execute on high-impact projects and implement new processes that directly impact our ability to scale our operations.
- Drive implementation of short- and long-term efforts that directly impact growth and scale
- Solve complex business challenges crossing multiple teams & functions
- Identify opportunities to iterate, optimize, and automate our operations
- Define and build new processes that support all areas of the company
- Use data & analytics to analyze products and processes and measure progress towards our goals
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an operations function or fintech, startup, or consulting environment
- A “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, seek information, identify solutions, corral resources, and deliver results with a high degree of autonomy
- A demonstrated history of being a team player with a desire to jump in and be “hands on” as needed.
- Analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Sound judgment and decision making. Comfort with ambiguity.
- An ability to quickly learn complex and technical concepts
- Superior communication skills - ability to prioritize and efficiently and transparently communicate goals and results at a team, executive, and company level. Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
