As a Business Operations Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, driving operational efficiency and success. Your role involves supporting Service Delivery Orgs, analyzing performance data, and preparing materials for presentations and meetings.   • Provide operational support and guidance to Service Delivery Orgs, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Track and interpret performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Assist with all-hands meetings, coordinating activities and ensuring a well-organized agenda.

  • Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and requirements for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, with a preference for technology or telecommunications industry experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
