As part of the IFS Ultimo team, the Business Operations Manager will partner closely with the CRO for North America and senior sales leaders to drive strategic decision-making and business operations execution across a high-growth SaaS business.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and commercial execution, supporting initiatives such as forecasting, go-to-market (GTM) planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and sales policy. You will translate data into insights, insights into decisions, and decisions into scalable processes that support sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the business operating rhythm including pipeline councils, performance reviews, and QBRs.
- Own and support sales forecasting, including pipeline assessment and scenario planning (worst case, best case) to support leadership decision-making.
- Support the GTM planning process as part of the annual sales strategy cycle, including segmentation, resource allocation, territory design, coverage models, and quota setting.
- Derive actionable insights into business health and act as a trusted partner to sales leaders in defining corrective actions and strategic priorities.
- Partner across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align on revenue priorities.
- Lead the design and execution of key strategic initiatives in North America, ensuring follow-through from concept to measurable business outcome.

Qualifications
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, RevOps, Consulting, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Proven experience supporting executive leadership and drivind data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Hubspot CRM
