OG.com is a fast-growing, CFTC-regulated Prediction Market platform powered by cutting-edge technology that is under the Crypto.com umbrella. We’re building an engaging marketplace where users trade on real-world outcomes — from major sports and elections to cultural and financial events. With a sleek mobile-first app and a passionate community, we’re redefining how people interact with news, probabilities, and financial markets. OG.com runs on the rails of North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (NADEX), a CFTC-regulated exchange operating since 2004 and was acquired by crypto.com in 2022.
The Role
We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager or Director (based on experience), to own, and scale OG.com’s B2B client onboarding, contract listing, and partnership operations. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of commercial, legal, compliance, product, and technology, ensuring institutional clients move efficiently from signed agreement to successful launch.
You’ll lead institutional client onboarding, strengthen and automate operational workflows, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to B2B clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable solving ambiguous problems, pushing back with judgment and diplomacy, and driving measurable process improvements across a highly regulated business.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding, from initial engagement and contract execution through technical integration, operational readiness, and go-live.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients, including brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers, and other market participants.
- Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing, and related operational processes in partnership with legal, compliance, product, and technology, to deliver a seamless and scalable client experience.
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks, design pragmatic solutions, and drive execution from recommendation through implementation.
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks, process documentation, SLAs, escalation paths, and client readiness materials.
- Track and report onboarding pipeline status, client health, operational risks, and KPIs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Represent OG.com in client-facing discussions, including navigating negotiations, resolving issues, and prioritizing conversations with sound judgement and credibility. Build strong client relationships, anticipate operational risks, and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Lead cross-functional special projects that do not sit neatly within one function, translating business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations, ideally within fintech, regulated financial markets, derivatives, exchanges, or clearing.
- Experience at a top-tier management consultancy is a huge plus. We value candidates who can diagnose problems, structure ambiguity, and redesign systems rather than simply execute tasks.
- Implementation consulting or enterprise client launch experience, ideally leading complex multi-stakeholder rollouts, for institutional clients is a strong plus.
- Direct exposure to institutional clients is required.
- Experience with CFTC-regulated entities, including exchanges, clearing houses, futures commission merchants (FCMs), introducing brokers, swap dealers or other comparable regulated market structures is highly valued.
- Deep knowledge of prediction market contracts, UpDown options, Strike Options, margined derivatives, perpetuals, or similar products across multiple asset classes is a strong plus.
- Fintech experience is required, ideally at a high growth or category leading fintech operator. Crypto or digital assets experience is welcome and viewed favorably.
Preferred Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to align cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and create accountability without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent OG.com credibly with sophisticated institutional clients
- Analytically rigorous and systems-oriented, with a strong ability to identify root causes, build frameworks, and design scalable operating models
- Strong project management discipline, including clear ownership, milestone tracking, risk identification, blocker escalation, and follow-through
- Sound business judgment and the ability to push back strategically while preserving client relationships and protecting the business
- Agentic workflow management experience is a strong plus, including the ability to translate complex business processes into modular, step-by-step workflows where specialized agents or tools can coordinate, review, and hand off work autonomously
- Continuous improvement mindset; you are energized by making complex processes clearer, faster, and more reliable
- Collaborative, direct, low-ego, and highly accountable
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean environment where you may need to build the playbook while executing
- Chicago-based or able to work a hybrid schedule with regular presence in the Chicago office
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations
- Direct exposure to institutional clients (brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers, market participants)
- Fintech experience, ideally at a high-growth or category-leading operator
- Experience with CFTC-regulated entities (exchanges, clearing houses, FCMs, introducing brokers)
- Implementation consulting or enterprise client launch experience managing complex multi-stakeholder rollouts
- Experience at a top-tier management consultancy (ability to diagnose problems and redesign systems)
- Deep knowledge of prediction market contracts, UpDown options, Strike Options, margined derivatives, perpetuals, or similar products
- Exceptional stakeholder management and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management discipline: ownership, milestone tracking, risk identification, escalation, and follow-through
- Ability to create operational playbooks, SLAs, process documentation, client readiness materials, and KPI reporting
- Chicago-based or able to work a hybrid schedule with regular presence in the Chicago office
