Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic business operations guidance and recommendations to stakeholders
- Evaluate and apply private-sector best practices to mission requirements
- Develop and implement business plans and operational strategies
- Execute leadership priorities and operational initiatives
- Support resource planning and allocation activities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and organizational assessments

Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field and 12 years of experience; additional experience may be substituted for a degree
- Project management experience and strategic planning expertise
- Experience developing and implementing business plans
- Knowledge of financial operations, banking regulations, and capital investment markets
- Resource management experience
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Demonstrated experience engaging with financial industry leaders
Desired:
- Experience supporting federal or intelligence community customers
- Experience developing organizational strategies
- Experience conducting market or financial analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- MBA or advanced business-related degree
Basic Compensation:
$94,200 to $237,300
This range is for the Virginia area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
