We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and support leadership in scaling Assort Health. You will report directly to Jon (co-Founder & CEO) and the leadership team across Finance, Talent, and Growth. You’ll be focused on business-critical projects, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

• Drive board and investor materials, including presentations and analyses.

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to frame problems, align priorities, and drive solutions.

• Manage information flow and internal communications to support key decisions and keep teams aligned.

• Lead high-impact projects from scope to execution with measurable results.

• Build and improve processes that enable the company to scale.

• Apply analytics and research to guide decisions on talent, growth, and partnerships.

• Step into gaps to launch and operationalize new initiatives from 0-1.

• 2+ years at top consulting or investment banking, paired with 2+ years of hands-on operating experience in a startup or tech environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.

• Experience designing and rolling out new processes, tools, or functions from scratch.

• Exceptional communication skills - able to structure complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution and prioritizing autonomously.
