About the Role
This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, global environment while contributing to the operational success of a premium outdoor lifestyle brand. You will work closely with multiple business functions and support operational excellence across the EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day business operations across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
- Assist with master data setup, maintenance, and governance across internal systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with operational standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document standard operating procedures.
- Maintain internal systems, platforms, and operational tools.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, analyses, and presentations.
- Support decision-making through operational reporting and data insights.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Curious, proactive, and interested in end-to-end business operations.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in operations, retail, logistics, or internships is beneficial but not required.
- Interest in outdoor activities and the YETI brand.
