CPRx MSO, LLC is seeking a driven and adaptable Business Operations Intern for a summer internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to core business functions, including analytics, operational support, amongst other areas. Interns will work closely with multiple teams, gaining practical insights into the inner workings of a multi-faceted business while developing essential workplace skills in a professional, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, marketing, operations, administration) to support key initiatives and cross-departmental projects

Assist in refining and maintaining internal models, templates, and databases to support project analysis and operational planning

Support proposal development and internal presentations by gathering insights, structuring content, and designing visual materials

Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Streamline and standardize data collection methods to ensure accuracy and reliability for decision-making

Assist in building or improving performance tracking tools, dashboards, and reports for ongoing business metrics

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by gathering business requirements and helping design efficient solutions

Prepare and clean datasets, handle missing values, and ensure quality for data-driven insights

Present findings and actionable insights to internal stakeholders in meetings or summary reports

Gain exposure to multiple business functions and participate in weekly team meetings, shadowing sessions, and intern development opportunities

Deliver a final capstone presentation summarizing your experience, contributions, and recommendations
