Job Details:

CPRx MSO, LLC is seeking a driven and adaptable Business Operations Intern for a summer internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to core business functions, including analytics, operational support, amongst other areas. Interns will work closely with multiple teams, gaining practical insights into the inner workings of a multi-faceted business while developing essential workplace skills in a professional, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, marketing, operations, administration) to support key initiatives and cross-departmental projects

• Assist in refining and maintaining internal models, templates, and databases to support project analysis and operational planning

• Support proposal development and internal presentations by gathering insights, structuring content, and designing visual materials

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

• Streamline and standardize data collection methods to ensure accuracy and reliability for decision-making

• Assist in building or improving performance tracking tools, dashboards, and reports for ongoing business metrics

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by gathering business requirements and helping design efficient solutions

• Prepare and clean datasets, handle missing values, and ensure quality for data-driven insights

• Present findings and actionable insights to internal stakeholders in meetings or summary reports

• Gain exposure to multiple business functions and participate in weekly team meetings, shadowing sessions, and intern development opportunities

• Deliver a final capstone presentation summarizing your experience, contributions, and recommendations

• Other duties as assigned
